Good purchase

Bought a month ago. Called the front service desk and they had it ready for to pick up when I arrived, the young lady at the front deck was excellent . Picked up what I needed to do the install , put it all In my truck and it’s been working great. I had three sizes to choose from and it was a good fit. Works great. Makes hot water a lot faster than my old one.

Natural gas hot water heater

I ordered a 52.5 inch in hight HWH. Box label reflected 52.5”. Heater was actually 45.5 inch's. This was a real problem as the closet wasn’t big enough to fit the heater due to the diameter was too large without a lot of work to get it installed. Costing me much more expense for installation.
