Did not come with side outlet plug and water got all over floor.

Easy install
Not too difficult to install. The vent pipe is long enough to accommodate installation 2 feet from the wall approx. but is easy to cut for closer installations. BIG UNIT!

Avoid AO smith at all costs. I bought and installed this water heater and its been the worst experience I've had yet with a company. The unit I recieved was defective and won't stay lit. when i called customer service and told them about the issue I was given the number to two plumbers not even in my area and they refused the service call. AO Smith refused to let me hire a tech not on their list but they don't even have any in my district. I also bought the warranty through lowes and was told th...
