Great product Easy Install
I bought this to replace a smaller water heater that had a leak. This water heater was easy to install. I liked that the relief valve was in the side at the top instead of on the top. I used flexible stainless steel lines to hook to existing water supplies and installed a pressure relief tank above the water heater as well. It is working great.

Delivery
Product is good but delivery from Lowe's was delayed for inclimate weather that was gone by 9 am- no true reason for delivery delay. Therefore I had to wait on delivery for 2 days before it could installed and that was not satisfactory. Delivery guy was nice.

Leaked from top on the first day of activation water poured out from where the electrical connection , this is so dangerous in so many ways , stay away from this product unless you want to get injured or have your house burned, then take a chance. I lost on the installation in the state of Connecticut
