Would Recommend

No issues, although if there is, you will go through something in order to get it exchanged. Lowe's does not carry that responsibility, it gets passed on to the customer and customer is required to call company to get a return authorization. That is a nightmare!!!

Buyer Beware-defective, rusted heating elements

Would Not Recommend

Purchased 3 units and each one had a rusted, defective heating elements. Lowe’s refuses to return the brand new heaters and insists on just giving a Universal heating element replacement on brand new units.

I bought this past Thursday 8/20/26 evening installed it waited for it to completely fill up ran all the lines to make sure there was no air in the tank or lines then i turned on the breaker it never heated up I checked the power I have 240 V just like it requires. The top element is dead. This is brand new out of the box so what am I supposed to expect out of the longevity of this water heater? todays date is 8/23/26 Model number. E6-50H45VD 130 serial number is 2629149076461
