Nightmare Experience

Would Recommend

Took 7 weeks to get hot water heater. Three diff ones sent wrong. In that timeframe, I lost my husband who was putting tank in so Lowes cost me extra 5k with zero offers to at least help me with cost of hot water heater. A couple reps at store were amazing, but rest of experience was a nightmare.

These are made in the USA but maybe some of the materials are foreign. Some of the cover screws were stripped, so I used a bigger screw. The warranty for 6 years is good but in my experience you get about 10 years out of any water heater. The water heater replaced was almost 10 years of age. I only drained the sediment once ot twice in 10 years. I clean my every 6 months at home, but the one being replaced was at my mom's home and I just never thought to drain it to remove any sediment.
