Does not Fit

Had hot water heater delivered, and it's been 10 years since my last hot water heater. They made this particular hot water heater wider and taller, now it does not fit my space. Now I have to go through the trouble of Lowes coming back and picking up the appliance. A 38 gallon is not the same measurement's!

Impossible to service Anode Rod

Would Not Recommend

we attempted to change anode rod several months later to install an electric anode rod to remedy a smelly water issue. Several people including a plumber could not unscrew the rod. seems like it is welded shut!!! The anode rod is a maintenance piece that is supposed to be replaced....
