Slow start
Worked great. FYI when you turn the power on, you have to wait about 10 minutes for it to boot up.
Just what I needed to fit my needs.
Product was what I needed and met my capacity for hot water. It was easy to handle and install and was in price range and warranty that I wanted.
Great appearance
We purchased this and the ability to track this through my phone make it so much easier to monitor.

Great water heater
Just finished the installation and am pleased with the Water Heater. The safety features, water shutoff and leak detector should make the insurance company happy. Installation took about 30 minutes because I am old.

Straight forward setup
After searching for a new water heater, I kept coming back to this one. I knew I wanted a 12 year warranty and this also had a sale price, so it was a win in my book. The water was at temp very quickly, considering it's January in Ohio. The auto shutoff leak detector was a bonus, as is the vacation mode. ★★★★★
