features are great but cannot sign in on mobile app for a week now and when first installed it would not accept serial number or other code and wont put water heater in our app

Imaging my surprise when in 2025, I purchased a NEW hot water heater and upon installation found out it was a two year old model, manufactured in 2023

Heater is good but App has been a challenge
We purchased the water heater and tried to register through the app. We are 6 months in on our purchase and have yet to be able to utilize the app. I finally went online to register the water heater. Hopefully we will be able to utilize the app soon. Otherwise, everything else has been good.
