HORRID EXPERIENCE

I Purchased this hot water heater on. July 8th of 2026. When they delivered, I noticed the box was broken at the bottom. I asked about it and since they weren't installing it, they said, "when you open the box, if you find damage, just call Lowe's." After they left, I put my hand in the box and found it was definitely dented in two places.
