I put color changing bulbs into my teenage daughter's ceiling fan, but the globes were frosted and didn't allow you to see the effect of the bulbs as well. I bought these clear globes to replace the frosted ones and they are perfect for accenting the room as well as allowing the effects of the color changing bulbs to shine through.
