I installed the Tri Flex for the first time. Hammer, cap nails and razor knife. That’s all the tools needed. Follow the instructions or go to YouTube. Very easy to install.

Great Stuff
I love this stuff. Once it is on the roof and the sun heats it up, it kind of shrink wraps itself! All the wrinkles seem to disappear! I even used it on a wall since I had some left-over.

been doing roofs for over 30 years I decided to try this product. I will not go back to regular roof felt. this is a much better product by far. stronger material, more abrasive resistant, lighter in weight. Had it exposed to Texas weather for a year and it held up great. I installed a second layer before I installed shingles just for general purpose Getting ready to do my parents roof and going to use this product again. It has pre marked alignment lines and nail spreads. Easy for a non experie...

Grace underlayment
This went down so easy! Had a shower while I was covering the roof and the droplets beaded up and flowed to the roof edge. The underlayment had marking for nail placement and overlap. Metal roof to soon go over the underlayment, but everything will be protected until that task is complete!

Grace roof underlayment.
Bought this for a new roof I'm putting on the trailer part of house. Very easy to layout and the price is very reasonable for the quantity. 1,000 $124.00. Material is very strong and is slip proof when on the roof. I followed instructions and just after I got the material on a thunder storm hit and the rain rolled off like it was a ducks back. Impressed. You need a good knife to cut with as it is strong material. I used 600 button head nails in approximately 300 sq. ft..

Great Product
I have worked on and off over the years on more then a few roof jobs. I have done a number of projects on my own home, new skylights solar vents and just general maintenance. I have always used 30 lb felt paper. Well not anymore! This product is incredible.. It won't tear, you can't puncture it and best of all it is completely non skid even when wet. I was skeptical at first about some of the reviews but I'm sure glad I went with this product. Contractors should love this product, a little price...
