Might be nice if you could actually GET the door..
Ordered this on 11/11/23; store said would be in 11/20. Didn't arrive, no tracking number, so went to store; millwork dept said they'd call vendor but they couldn't get thru, gave us # in Canada, turns out door comes from Tupelo, MS.11/25 our card is credited back for the door, but website sez its on it's way. No one at Lowes knows ANYTHING. Waiting for call back from manager.

Looks Good but Requires Some Work
Snagged this door in store on clearance. The rail bar is designed to be placed on studs 18” a part but of course my studs didnt line up perfectly for this so I have to purchase a metal drill bit set and make additional holes to line up with my studs. I was able to do 5 in studs and one in drywall. Didnt use a back board because the company said it wasnr required for this model. Wasnt a fan of thr handle that came with it so I added my own handle. Mixed feelings
The door is easy to build, however, having the pre-cut/pre-drilled holes you rely on the manufacture to get everything precise. If not, then you had better hope you have skills and tools to resolve issues that arise yourself. I purchased two of these doors and things went right and wrong with both doors. The bottom track on both doors was not cut precisely and the doors catch when you open and close them. Either a precise, single cut or a differently shaped floor mount would have resolved th...
