The TN ostrich Fern, a glade Fern, produces stately fronds which grow upright and are vase-shaped. Ferns make for nice back ground in the garden to create a woodland setting. Although it prefers shade it will grow in full sun as well. Its non flowering, and at its most beautiful in spring when the fronds start to unfurl. Very low maintenance, just take care at time of planting. It will multiply quickly by rhizomes to form colonies. Deer resistant. Excellent selection for wet areas along ponds, streams, water gardens or in bogs. Also grows well in shaded borders, woodland gardens, wild gardens or native plant gardens.

Disappointed. Should be 0 stars!!

Didn’t grow. Planted per instruction never came up. Even looked on line to see how before planted. I purchased 2 sets of 3 and not one came up. Purchased potted ferns, same kind last year and the came back up this year which is why I wanted to try the roots. Waste of $40.00☹️

Bulbs not viable

I was excited to receive these bulbs. I am a seasoned gardener and I was concerned when I open the packaging. The bulbs were not in good shape, very dry and dead like. I thought I will plant and see what happens. I wish I had returned them for replacement, as they are never going to grow. I don’t know at this point if I have any recourse. I will be happy to dig them up for return. I really would like to have these in my garden. Is there a solution here? Please help
