No, They Don't Erase

These only work if you erase them within about an hour. Otherwise, the pens will either ghost if you erase them within a few days (Ghost = you can still see the pen, faintly) , or will not erase at all if you wait longer than that. As a result, they are not a suitable replacement for a real dry erase board. You can erase them with soap and water, but depending on how long the writing has been there, you'll get ghosting too. Bathroom repair

I used this to cover up water damage on the end of a bathroom cabinet. It works well. I didn't realize it was marker board, as it wasn't labeled as such in the store. Guess people can now doodle while on the toilet! :)

This product is being used as hard shelving over wired shelving inside a closet. It has been cut (thoughtfully at Lowes) to fit and is perfect for how it is being used. It is strong enough not to bow and bend, it holds a large amount of paper product and other things which are heavy without warping, and it looks good. Excellent for use as a white board

I bought this to keep track of auto maintenance and it is really, really big (which is ok by me). It's easy to erase (most people don't know the secret to cleaning these is Windex or other window cleaner - I use 'Drivers Choice' from the dollar store and it works perfectly - leaves no trace or shadowing). Versatile board with numerous applications.

The board is durable and has wide range of applications. I cut into planks used it to make an accent wall for my bathroom. Looks similar to shiplap in just a fraction of the price.

Incorrect description

The product is good enough, but it's irritating to get to the store to find that it is 3/16" thickness, instead of the 1/8" thickness given in description. Details like that matter, as I intended to fit this into the1/8" channel of a frame.

Quality not very high for a dry erase board

I looked through many different boards in the stack before purchasing the one I thought was in pretty good shape. After I got home, hung it on the wall and started using it, I realized there were dozens of small dings that I hadn’t noticed. From afar they aren’t nice very offensive but when working up close as a dry erase board they are pretty annoying and always catch on the tip of the dry erase marker.

Drawer Bottom

The guests were going to visit our very nearly perfect little domicile. Among the items on the list of repairs was the bottom drawer of the apparel chest of our furniture set. It had broken some time ago. Off to Lowe’s to find a board to replace it. I found the right piece. The friendly staff member cut it to size in two actions for free. It fit in the jug snuggly and our guests would never detect the replacement.
