Terrible product

The tiles is definitely not made to be mopped. Once you mop it the water goes under the tiles and you have to pick it up to dry

Disappointed

Tiles were more of a green hue then light gray. The two boxes I opened had a ring stain in the center of all. Every other one had a stain around the border. The attached pics don't show it as well as you could see it in person. The edge pieces were more like the light gray I was expecting but didn't even come close to matching the tiles. They locked together nice though.

Easy to install and looks great

These floor tiles cut quite easily and are not difficult to install. The quality is good and the price is reasonable.

Key Learning

I purchased some of these vinyl tiles for my garage last year but neglected to seal them. Some of the light grey tiles ultimately discolored from the heat of the tires and road grime. I contacted the tile manufacturer to determine what was necessary to seal vinyl tiles. I subsequently replaced the discolored tiles with new ones and sealed the entire tile area with three coats of "Seal 365" from the tile manufacturer. Strongly recommend -- it transformed our garage
