Great product

The product was just fine, I just accidentally ordered the wrong size. I have a coffee table that I built using these around the whole base. These would’ve worked fine if the rest of the half round dowels I used were the same size but these were smaller.

Good trim for DIY

Overall, this trim turned out lovely, and it's very easy to cut even with miter shears. My only criticism is that they aren't entirely uniform—we required some creative filler to smooth out the transition between an obviously larger/wider piece and the one beside it.

Molding

Product was damaged. I did not realize it until I returned home which is a 45 minute drive. I spoke with a manager named Paul he said he would give me $4.00 credit if I brought back the damaged molding. It would cost me $10.00 in gas to get there and back plus the hour and a half of my time to drive there. So ridiculous. I would never purchase anything from that store in Yorktown Heights again. Terrible experience!

Very pleased with this trim stock. It is uniform from one piece to another, I found sufficient quantity that was straight and clean and it looks very good in my application.

did the job

The wood split a bit when cutting, but I was able to get it good enough. Used a gel stain on it which worked pretty well, but I don't think it would take to traditional stain. Paint would probably be best finish.

Molding search

I needed about 20 feet of this type of molding to replace and match some of the molding on 4 large old window screens. I searched all over the major competitors store and it could not be found. I didn’t want to wait for days for it to be special ordered, so I went on Lowe’s website and found that my local store had it in stock. I ordered it, picked it up and was using it within an hour. Smooth! I wish I started with the Lowe’s website, I could have saved time and aggravation.

Straight and Solid wood moulding

Upon entering the Trim and Moulding section of my local Lowe’s Home Improvement store, I quickly found the perfect piece of half round moulding I was looking for. It was solid and perfectly straight; at a reasonable price. I was really impressed when I returned a week later to purchase another trim piece. Again, the first one I pulled out to inspect was perfectly straight. Amazing! I will return soon to try my luck again. Very satisfied here
