Beware if missing a part

I wanted to give a 1 rating but decided on 2. Unit is not easy to put together. Instructions are drawings with no written help. Very confusing at times. My biggest negative was with vendor. Could not locate a part and received no help from vendor who I reached out to as per manual. Inlisted Lowe’s customer care, and they had issues reaching vendor for assistance. Unit is a good buy, just hope and pray all pieces are there and have an engineering background to follow directions.

Horrible instructions

Instructions are horrible for installing. Poor review for this alone.

Pleasantly surprised! Well constructed. I was a little intimidated at first, but after following the instructions, prepping all the components, it came together almost flawlessly. A few of the screws weren't machined exactly right (3 or so). I was able to find alternate screws in the garage. But other than that, perfect. Looks nice and functional. By Gustavo

Well engineered

Easy Peasy assembly light but stong

Spend $ on a sturdier item.

I will confess we did not have it anchored yet when the issues began. The canopy was also pulled out at all times to cover a table. It collects water and will murder the ground making divots after giving a lift to drain it. It also blew over another time and the frame on the top is bent so we cannot retract the top but only half way now.
