What Customers Are Saying
The primed pine boards are generally well-received for their quality, straightness, and ease of use. Customers praise the boards as "great for trim", "good quality", "straight", and "easy to work with". The pre-primed finish is noted to save time during installation. However, some customers report issues with warping, chipping primer, and the boards not being suitable for outdoor use. Additionally, finding completely flawless boards may require sorting through the selection.

I was advised that this was the more stable option for my door trim. The store representative Rocky Benavides was extremely helpful in this purchase.

Poor Quality
This 8 foot primed board was spliced together in over 5 places. I actually stopped counting as I was so disgusted over it. Aesthetically, it may not have been an issue since it would be painted and no one would ever know the difference, (and I'm positive that was the intention of the manufacturer). However, splicing compromises the structural integrity of the board. especially if the cut you need to make is close to that splice. Fortunately, I noticed it before cutting and was able to return it....

Not so good
The finish on this lumber is something you have to be extremely careful with. When cutting it , the finish will chip off. The finish seems to be more of a shell than a painted on primer. If you bang the lumber during transport, you’ll be getting chipped paint coming off those boards. I won’t be buying this for my baseboards or door trim anymore

Purchased this product pre primed to complete my project under estimated time, budget because of the time it would have taken to prime and put on finish coat
