Flowers arrive in poor condition -

I sent the hanging portulacca basket to a friend, and she said it arrived looking as if someone played baseball with the box - flowers broken up, dirt all over...not in a pretty condition and doesn't look like it will survive. Very disappointed as my friend and I have had a lot of health problems during the last month or so, and after foot surgery, I am confined to a wheelchair, so I had to rely on something that I could order and send to my friend. How disappointing!

Back shipping every year

Every year I order these for our business and every year they come a roughed up from shipping. This year there is no salvaging them like I normally can. I absolutely love the flowers hence why I rebuy them every year. Unfortunately they need to find a new shipper or something. FEDEX needs to do better. They were properly labeled fragile and live plants handle with care but that meant nothing to FEDEX

The hanging baskets had been so tossed around in shipping that they were not salvageable except for a few root balls and the potting soil. What a complete waste of money!

Bought this online and had it delivered because Lowe’s has decided this is a fall plant and they don’t stock them this time of year. It was delivered on its side, even though the box was clearly marked to keep it upright. It has one pink, one yellow, and maybe one orange plant in the pot which I was happy about because I wanted all the colors but it is definitely not full like the picture. I’ll attempt to save the plant with some TLC, so wish me luck.

Damaged

They should be ashamed to sell products like this . Came upside down and the other one came pretty much dead . I live over two hours away so I can't take back . and I'm disabled . So I guess I'm out seventy dollars . Customer service was no help.

Ok but not great, not full enough in basket.

I have purchased this plant in past years but it was A LOT fuller then. Seems it has become very sparce this year. Also it came a little messed up as if the packaging was not upright and spilled in the box plus broke some legs. I ordered 2 and one was better/less damage than the other.
