Flowers arrive in poor condition -

I sent the hanging portulacca basket to a friend, and she said it arrived looking as if someone played baseball with the box - flowers broken up, dirt all over...not in a pretty condition and doesn't look like it will survive. Very disappointed as my friend and I have had a lot of health problems during the last month or so, and after foot surgery, I am confined to a wheelchair, so I had to rely on something that I could order and send to my friend. How disappointing!

Back shipping every year

Would Not Recommend

Every year I order these for our business and every year they come a roughed up from shipping. This year there is no salvaging them like I normally can. I absolutely love the flowers hence why I rebuy them every year. Unfortunately they need to find a new shipper or something. FEDEX needs to do better. They were properly labeled fragile and live plants handle with care but that meant nothing to FEDEX
