2-months in and they’re dead, brown. They were turning brown about 3 weeks in, but I’ve been hoping they’ll eventually perk up. And there has been no signs of regrowth, healing or a turn for the better. I plan on reaching out to customer service to see if I can get a refund, this is unacceptable.

diseased? unhealthy otherwise. didn't have mine a year. planted in "healthy" area.

there was no information included on whether or not this plant would do well in the region where i live (elevation, preferred soil type, etc.) and little to no information on how to care for it (how much water it likes/needs, planting location, etc.)

looking for 5 trees

ordered 6 trees online evidently from an outside vendor. so one tree is delivered and no one can tell me where the other 5 trees are. Lowes hangs up on me when I call. I go to the store and they tell me to call the Vendor in Oregon and FedEx and maybe they can help me.oh yea, the these are replacement trees for the 6 i bought 4 months ago, they all died. go to BB Barns.pic is the last 6 trees I bought,planted and they died and lowes won't help me by replacing those
