Project Resources

Step 1

Wash and dry a new drop cloth.

Step 2

Cut the drop cloth into 4" x 8" strips. Fold each strip in half and iron.

Step 3

Download the sachet patterns. Create stencils by transferring the patterns onto sections of shelf liner.

Step 4

Cut out the five stencils with a crafts knife or scissors.

Step 5

Remove paper backing and adhere one stencil to the top of each folded drop cloth. Paint the design on one side of the sachet using a foam brush. Let dry.

Step 6

Measure 1/4" in and tape off the center of each square drop cloth, front and back. Use the foam brush to create colorful edges. Remove tape and let dry.

Step 7

Measure 1/4" in on each side. Sew three edges of the drop cloth square and fill with herbs. Sew along the last edge to close.
