Sand the top faces and edges of both pine rounds starting with 120-grit sandpaper. Wipe clean and repeat using 180-grit sandpaper.
Always wipe or vacuum your project before sanding with the next higher abrasive grit to keep debris from marring the surface.
Spray the edge of the 18-inch pine round with metallic gold paint. Spray the entire 15-inch pine round and let dry.
Paint the top of the 18-inch pine round white (Snowbound). Add a second or third coat as needed, sanding lightly with 220-grit sandpaper between coats. Allow the final coat to dry overnight.
Download and tape together the Holiday Lazy Susan Holly Pattern, and center it within the white painted area over tracing paper. Trace the pattern onto the white surface.
