Step 1

Cut a piece of PVC pipe 12 inches long or vary the length to suit the number of headbands to be stored. Sand the ends smooth to remove sharp edges and saw marks.

Good to Know

If you don’t have a handsaw, ask a Lowe’s associate to cut the pipe in the store.

Step 2

Cut and wrap quilted batting around the pipe. Use hot glue to hold it in position.

Step 3

Cut the fabric about 6 inches wider than the length of the pipe. Fold and iron a seam on both ends and wrap the fabric around the pipe. Tuck the extra fabric on both ends into the pipe and glue in place.
