Tabletop flag holders.

Tabletop Tribute

Display miniature versions of Old Glory (#83957) with simple flag stands. Drill a hole into the top of each post cap, then spray-paint (Valspar Silver Fox shown) to finish the stands.

Hanging flag decoration.

Flying High

Create your own piece of Americana with DIY flag-inspired art. Fasten vertical wooden strips to horizontal cleats. Paint a field of blue, then paint red and white stripes. Hang it from your porch roof to show off your spirit and add privacy.

Hanging planter bucket on a porch.

Red, White, and Blue—and Green

Bring new life to a celebration with these hanging planters. Paint metal buckets (#546961), add pots of colorful flowers, and hang the buckets from a railing or post using plant hangers (#149674).

Oversize wooden dice.

On a Roll

The Fourth of July is a time for outdoor games. Make up your own using oversize dice cut from 3 x 3 lumber. A bucket makes for simple storage and also acts as a dice cup.
