Intuitive, easy, looks good

I am a boomer and kind of miss the days of gadgets that had 2 or 3 control knobs. I replaced my old thermostat because the display was hard to read, complicated, and linked to Alexa. For all it's bells & whistles. this is very intuitive easy to decipher and easy to read display. I would definitely recommend for other seniors. HOWEVER: Set up was a pain. Ecobee is Accurate and Efficient

Very easy to set up add connect through the interface. The App is great and the functionality that is offered meets almost every need. This is my second experieence with Ecobee and I could not be happier with both installations. The ability to place sensors in other rooms adds to the accuracy of the information and efficiently controls the climate in my home.

Efficient, Simple, and Cost Savings

We've had this system for a few weeks and the system has been running flawlessly. The thermostat is easy to setup and adjust as needed. Besides, the system is eco-friendly and the interface with the power company has benefits of future savings on our monthly bills.

Total system

I purchased the security package, thermostat, doorbell camera and two door sensors and room sensor. I had a local HVAC company install and configure the thermostat on my heat pump system. Then I installed the camera and the sensors. Very easy installation and purchase included 1 year subscription to the security service. I highly recommend this system.

Non-existent instructions!

It came with no installation instructions and no explanation for a second device that came with it. This is ridiculous!

Easy install & setup!

Installation was very simple. Setup was pretty simple too! Still learning the nuances of how this thermostat does things, which is different than the nest I had for years. But loving it! I especially love the fact that the same brand doorbell camera shows up on the thermostat as an indoor view screen and the doorbell also rings on it. Missing obvious key features

I recently had an Ecobee premium installed replacing a ten year old Nest, and I’m so incredibly frustrated and disappointed with it since it lacks quite a few obvious functions that my *ten year old* Nest had. Great Premium Thermostat with Smart Sensors and Sm

Last summer got new HVAC system, it came with Ecobee's Premium Thermostat, added three Smart Doorbell Cameras, two are connected to in-door chime, using individual adapters, one wired to ding for the garage door, one wired to ding-dong for the front door, the other not connected to a chime for the back door. Difficult to set hold temperature manually.

This Premium model is impossible to hold my manual settings like I do at another house where I use an Ecobee 3-Lite. It is not nearly as user friendly!
