Poorly made parts

I would have returned this if I hadn’t been so behind in installing it. A set screw stripped with minimal pressure (I’m a 40 year old woman. I am not hulking Allen wrenches). This meant I couldn’t move the tension rod into the correct position 1/16” off my original calculation. Remember - just ONE set screw. I figured, OK, I’ll remove this part because I can’t return it anymore and drill into the shower for install. Drilling out the set screw was an annoyance - none of the other go tos worke...

Love it! If you are looking for a curtain rod that helps keep the curtain inside the tub and less splash this is the curtain rod for you. Also, it looks fabulous

Decent product that gets the job done

Very easy to use- I was able to set up the curtain rod with the tension option within minutes. Haven’t tried the permanent option yet- haven’t needed to- does the job. Only negative thing I can think of is that it feels on the cheap side, which isn’t necessarily bad.

Works fine

I liked that it has the option of being tension mounted or bolted in. However the harsh change in diameter where the two pieces meet makes it awkward for the curtain hooks to go over it smoothly.

Attractive but not a smooth track

This is a good looking shower curtain rod and the color was perfect for my needs. I appreciate that it has 2 installation options. I used the tension method. It's up and looks great but it wasn't the easiest install. I had an issue with the first one and had to return it. Instructions are ok but not as clear as I would like. I waited and asked the contractor to install and between 3 of us there was a lot of back and forth but they got it up. It's tight and good tension but I'm nervous that if...

Hours of your life will be wasted on attempting to install this. Even if you opt for the permanent option, its really just relying on tension. And getting the rod in place with enough tension to secure it will take two strong hands, plus another set to actually screw the fastening components in place. Additionally, the way the components were ordered on the poles was nonsensical (picture against wood floor) so I threaded them back on in a way that actually fits together and smooths the connectio...

Great if you install correctly

This shower rod looks great, is easy to install, and adds space to your shower, but there’s a few things to know. 1. They aren’t kidding when they say “do not over tighten the set screw.” It’s incredibly easy to do. I do not typically have a problem with over-tightening something with a tiny allen key while balanced on the edge of my tub, but I sure had to return the first shower rod I bought when I couldn’t back the screw out. 2. Missing parts

Ordered online for pick up. It was obvious that it had been opened and probably a return it since the screws and allen wrench were missing and some of the packaging was missing. We did keep it but had to go to the hardware store and purchase the missing items. It is now attached and works great for our need.

Highly recommended

Like! I had an old straight silver tension rod,which was ugly and rusty. The new one is more appealing to the eye and up to date. Very nice color.

A little confusing directions and not sure how it would actually work by just compression. I screwed it in though.
