Attractive light - poor quality control

After fighting for over an hour to feed the wire from the fixture through the tube with the hanging chain I discovered that the factory didn't thread the female connecting point on the fixture itself. The thread ends about 1/8" below the top of the tube thus the pipe nipple that is supposed to connect the tube to the ceiling canopy and hold up the fixture thus there is no way that the nipple can be threaded into the light fixture, so I have to return it and hope that they can send me one that ac...

It's a really nice light

We bought spotlight bulbs so they shine directly down so I'm not blinded when I look at the light. Installation is a wee bit complicated and took a while, but my hubby and I were able to work together to get it done. *Mostly* great!

These lights are beautiful! I was very pleased with our install overall despite one major hiccup. We had a lot of issues with the rods not screwing together well. We only needed one of the three, but the threads on the parts that screw together seemed a bit cheap. We screwed the first piece on and then needed to make an adjustment—we could barely get them off and ended up having to use pliers to unscrew it (effectively ruining the threads for re-use). Perfect for our 48" Black Granite Island

Beautiful addition to our reno kitchen from 2001. We painted our oak cabinets two tone and then went with matte black handles. This pendent light transformed the space from an old ceiling fan. Many different height options a definite +! 4 Stars because threading the cable through minute holes was horrific!! It took me a extra 30 mins to do. Please fix your design so that one cable goes up each side and the ground!!!!!! My fingers are killing me from pushing through the tiniest if holes!!

Fantastic light

We loved this lighting fixture when we saw it. We have a 72 inch table so we needed light that would illuminate the entire dining area. We were a little nervous it said "Kitchen Island Light" but we bought it anyway. We are beyond happy with the light fixture.
