I looked all over for a "window box" type of planter. I think its obvious they need good drainage! This seemed almost impossible to find (unless you wanted to buy 50 of them). Even tho other planters looked like they had a tray beneath them, it was false. So, this one worked the best. It did require that I had to drill a hole in the side. This planter is exactly what i was looking for. Nicely square and a little taller than square. Now it sits on a low shelf next to the window but when the plant grows ill place it on the floor. I like thats its a square planter. Its easy to use. I didnt punch the holes as im using indoor without a bottom. It is a nice upsize from the previous pot. Looks great and sits sturdy on a shelf.
