Manufacturer Defect & Poor Lowe's Quality Control

We were reluctant to order this table due to reviews indicating the paint/finish was defective on many of the tables. But, we really liked the look of the table and decided to order with Lowe's doing the assembly and delivering to us thinking that Lowe's had some sort of quality control process that would keep them from sending out a defective product. Missing paint

Table had several spots were the paint had rubbed off – looks like they packed it when it was still wet. Had the same issue with the legs, which both were missing paint and had cracks on the weld lines. Customer service was great and sent replacement, but the second table top was in worse shape than the original. I called to see if they sell touch up paint, but no luck. Love this table - now we can finally host guests!

Beautiful tile table. The only thing we don't care so much for is the faux wood grain treatment on the trim only because it clashes with the wood graining on our existing chairs, but that's easily fixed with some black Rust-o-leum. This thing was HEAVY, but incredibly easy to put together in about 15-20 minutes. The one other thing we may do is to get a small bead of clear silicone around where the metal trim meets the tiles. Disappointment

Table is extremely heavy. Thought the frame was half the weight of what was in the box (185 lbs). Table is not easy to move. Opened the box, some spots on the edges of the table frame were mottled with the faux finish, as if the finish had not completely cured prior to packing & shipping. One small corner of the tile top was chipped. Disappointed….to spend $2000 for the set & have these flaws. Also, for the total cost, assembly should have been included. Delivered with Manufacturing damage

I ordered this table at full price and paid for assembly. Despite that, one of the corner is damaged (concave dent). It was not damaged on transport but actual manufacturing defect. I cannot get reimbursed by Lowes, unless I bring it back to the store. I am really bummed because both the manufacturer or Lowes should have noticed this obvious defect. Insult to injury, the table was placed on sale the subsequent week.

Super durable!

This table is extremely heavy, won’t be going anywhere in a storm. I love the design on top. Like others said, the table came delivered with the finish on the side sort of wiped off/scuffed in several spots but it’s not a dealbreaker.

Stunning Table

This table is so well made, sturdy, and beautiful. It is a great size, we easily fit six chairs around it and could add a few more if we needed too.

Be warned that it will come scratched up

The table itself is very nice, but as others reviews have stated, it comes scratched up on the edges out of the box. Clearly it is not being packed correctly from the manufacturer.

Defective table top
