We love the fixture with the exception one of the fasteners to attach the clear globe is missing. Calling Lowes Customer Service was no help. She suggested removing the entire fixture and exchanging it for another. Since Lowes would have to return the defective fixture to the manufacturer anyway you would think it would be easier to just give me a fastener from another box on the shelf. Then the problem would be solved! I haven’t gone to Lowes to test the theory, but I bet they won’t be amenable...
Caveat Emptor
Buyer beware. The fixture itself is beautiful and fit the aesthetic for our bathroom perfectly. The issue is with the lights. In the 9 months since this was installed, I’ve had to change each of the LED bulbs at least twice. I followed the recommended wattage and still the bulbs will go out. I even tried a different style of LED bulb thinking maybe that was the issue. After a month or so, one bulb starts to blink and then goes out entirely after a few days.

Nice finishing touch. Allows for bright light for the vanity in the bathrooms. Changing the bulbs can be a little bit tedious to unscrew the 3 small screws to remove the glass covering, but it looks very nice and you won't get so much dust on all your light bulbs.

Pretty but not well made.
The glass coverings fit very losing. After three weeks, one of the coverings fell off and shattered. Need a replacement. Disappointed because it looked pretty.

Installation can be a pain
Installation is a breeze except for the top mount screw! If it’s being mounted less than 6” from the ceiling it’s a nightmare getting that tiny screw started. Other than that it’s great!!

Very poor quality
The pendant glass on this model is extremely thin like a wine glass and easily broken. The pendants do not line up with the bulbs giving a very cheap look. Overall I would recommend avoiding this product.

It was easy to install but will not mount flat to the wall - the bracket needs to be stronger.
