We bought two of these lights for our family room and love them. After a few years one of them stopped working. Wanted to replace one, but it costs $70 extra to have it shipped. Really disappointed. Now have to look for a whole new set. For the amount we spent on two of these, they should last way longer. Even though they are beautiful, I would not recommend.

Add my light to the long list of defective lights where one side stops working. I called the 1-800-527-1292 # that is being given in these reviews by the "Alan & Roth team" where they say they will "make it right". All they said is take it to Lowe's with your receipt. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! 😡

Looks great but does not last
This looks amazing. It fit our space and we love this light. However, it stopped working about 3 years after installation. There is no option to repair or replace parts for the side that no longer works which leaves us with replacing the light fixture. Save yourself the trouble and get something different.

flickering after 4 years
I am experiencing flickering and from the reviews it's just a matter of time before it will stop working. love the fixture unfortunately it's a recurring problem with these lights. just don't make things like they used to. what a disappointment. hopefully with the 5 year warranty I can get resolve

Quit working
Half the light went out. Got on here to try & change it, but quickly realized it was integrated and looks like everyone is having same issue. There were replies back with a # to call. I called the number and was met with rudeness about the only option is to take it back. Returned for a measly $30

Do not buy
light looks like it's going to be very pretty and it is but it's not very bright and it only lasted a little over a year! Then one of the LEDs went bad and was not able to be repaired. We will be going back to regular bulbs at this point.

ZERO STARS for product and customer service
After having 2 of these lights installed for 2 years, one of them had half the light go out. I ignored it, then a year later the other light had half go out. The LEDs are not replaceable, so there is no option but to replace the units.
