Will never buy a Lowe’s Brand again .

I bought this in March 23 and did a full bathroom remodel . As of 3 days ago I stopped getting hot water . Called up customer service , they said the part I need is not available but I could warranty it in store . Problem is I only need the cartridge . After speaking with customer service 3 times and the store twice they said all they can do is warranty the whole thing . They want me to knock down my wall so I can take all the parts into them . Service for parts

Not buy. I have been waiting 7 weeks for a part. I have called 5 times. They sent the wrong part, then they just didn’t order the correct part, any now 7 weeks and I just called again, I’m told my citation will be escalated. If I didn’t have it installed I would have returned it. Obviously the part RP20124-cartridge is defective. This regulates the hot water. Stay away from this product.

Don’t waste your money. Inferior product.

This had to be replaced after 3 years because the finish came completely off of the disc surrounding the faucet, and parts of the faucet. This 2024 purchase was made differently, so the faucet could not be replaced with the new version (screw on vs Allen screw). So, $130 plus was a ridiculous amount to spend on one part that was usable.

lying discription

I purchased this because I have a limited water supply and the description stated it would control temperature and flow. That is false. It will only allow you to control temperature. I have a high dollar delts faucet I didn't use because it only controlled temperature. Now unless I want to desolder and replumb my bathroom I'm stuck this piece of crap.

Shower tub value valve

Product was as advertised with a low price and good finishes. Install was easy and straight forward. Easy for do it your self types to install. Materials appear to be quality and product is readily available in stock. Can be used for both shower applications or shower tub applications. Also has matching accesories like towel bar and toilet paper holders. I would highly recommend this product.

Good but not a simple replacement.

Everything is really nice except you cannot install this without replacing the water valve that it comes with. It is not like most other kits where you can just swap the handle. The handle has to thread on to the new water valve.

Great look faulty product.

This kit was a nightmare for our contractor. It was missing a part, that caused the handle to not be able to be installed. Once installed we lost hot water. I would not spend the $130 on this set.

To start, inaccurate description.

The description claims volume and temperature control with one lever. There is no volume control without tools. I would not have bought it without volume control. I reviewed the installation instructions several times to find my mistake, but I cannot see how I caused the shower to always be on. With the diverter down, water comes through both the spout and shower.

NOT WORTH THE EFFORT OR MONEY

IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO INSTALL. I HAD TWO PLUMBERS WORK ON IT AND ITS STILL NOT RIGHT.THE FIRST ONE THE FAUCET LEAKED FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE FAUCET WHEN WATER WAS ON. BOUGHT 2ND ONE, I DONT HAVE HOT WATER, ONLY TEMPIED. THE FACUET HANDLE IS NOT FACING THE RIGHT WAY. PLUMBER CANT FIGURE IT OUT. NEVWE BUY THIS PRODUCT. NOT A CHEAP SET I PAID $129.00.

Quality product with easy installation.

This product has been very forgiving in the installation process. The instructions are clear, and I have been able to successfully install the product without any prior plumbing experience.
