Top of lamp

The top of this lamp comes off. Is this the way the lamp was built or is there a clamp or something missing? A friend gave it to me and she does not know either. Guess you could add beads, rocks, flowers to the inside of this lamp. But if someone moved the top to turn light on, I would think the top and lamp shade could fall off. It never looked like the top was glued on to the base. I know the lamp is no longer made . I am looking for answer!

Beautiful Lamp - Subpar Workmanship

I purchased 2 of these lamps to update my bedroom. However once I brought them home and inspected them closely the workmanship is subpar. The glass bonding on the top was uneven and rough on both lamps that I purchased. The glass inside had debris and there is no way to clean it out. Also the finish for the cord exit is just a cut out on the glass and looks unfinished.

Great value

This is a nice looking lamp. We bought two for a guest room because we didn't want to break the bank and these look very nice. I might like them a little better if the glass was a little more "smoked" so that the cord wasn't as noticeable, but overall a great looking lamp that is very affordable. We also got the little nightstand at Lowes and like that too.

Check on-line first

I wasn't able to get two of these lamps in the store, so I had to order them on-line. The in-store rep. said he couldn't find them, but when I looked I did. I was a bit disappointed in how much shipping was, but I love the lamps and the shades so much it was worth it.

Fantastic

I think it is gorgeous. I have four in my house. They are cute and stylish, but not overly noticeable. I am very pleased. Also, I think the "smokey" thing is very faint; you have to concentrate to notice that they are not clear.

Great looking lamp

Love the smoky glass, and the pattern, which nicely disguises the cord inside.

Pretty lamp base, went well with gray lampshade. Love that it’s a taller lamp for my nightstand. I don’t like when you can see the cord running through the lamp (which this has), but the pattern makes it much less noticeable which was great!

She's a Beauty!

Love this lamp's knobby smoke glass. Paired her with a biege linen shade. She goes perfect with our moody farmhouse style. Would definitely purchase again.

Love this Lamp

Bought a couple of these for guest room and love them. They go with the 'boho' decor of the room but could just as easily match in my living room.

Stylish lamp

Love the look of this table lamp...visual interest without overwhelming. This could work in many decors. I bought a blue lampshade to add some “pop”.
