allen + roth Sedgebrook 5-Piece Patio High Fire Dining Set with Cream Cushions

Beautiful chairs! Customer Service thumbs down!

The products displayed in the store looked nice and sturdy; however, the items I received did not meet those standards. My chairs were loose where they shouldn’t have been, and the table I ordered arrived cracked. Additionally, there were multiple issues with the delivery process. When I contacted the Lowe’s store in Springfield, Illinois (west side), I was disappointed by the lack of customer service. I spoke with an associate named Chevelle, who applied a discount because of the damaged table...

Missing Parts on the Chair

Don't get me wrong, we love the Set, but buying from Lowe's has been a nightmare. First the Associate gave us the wrong Item # to take to the register, once delivered and finding out the order was wrong. After talking to 5 different Customer Service reps, finally found one that new what she was doing and was able to get the order corrected. The order was delivered as promised, assembled. After setting the patio chairs in place we noticed one leg on the set of chairs was missing the height adj...

Comfortable and great looking chairs

These chairs are a easy to sit in and the height makes them easy to get out of even if you don't want to! The provided cushion is very plush and comfortable. Hoping the white color doesn't get dingy over time but for now they look amazing. The chairback is high enough to provide good support to lean against and the bottom bar is the right height to rest my feet on. They also swivel nicely for those folks who can't sit still. Assembly was fairly easy though the bit kept getting stuck in the ...

So far so good

This is really nice once assembled. As with most tubular aluminum outdoor furniture.. the holes do not always line up just right. On the last chair I assembled, it was extremely difficult to get the round ring to line up with all the holes. It took twice as long as the other three chairs combined. Luckily it has leg levelers. I was so angry at how long it took I forgot to install the cover/shield you put on before mounting the chair on the frame!! And the screw to do that is kind of soft... I...

Incredibly comfortable good looking swivel chairs!

The chairs are part of a very good looking patio set that had a larger footprint than I thought it would, but still perfect on our desert patio. The bar height chairs are extremely comfortable, the cushion fabric appears sturdy and the matching tile firepit tabletop is easily large enough for partying with drinks and food. The chair's swivel feature is terrific, and makes getting in and out of them a breeze (I'm thinking kids here). The grey-brown color looks great with our pavers and is easily...

Comfortable and nice looking

I got these chairs to go with the hightop firepit table. I have always wanted a firepit table and extra bonus that I found a hightop one. I love the color of the wicker. I am not usually a huge fan of wicker, but these are very nice. The chairs a super comfy. Some hightop chairs have the issue where you kind of slide out of them. That is not the case with these. The chairs swivel but do not rock. The cushions do come with the chairs, and they are nice and thick. We always store our cush...

Customer service at Lowe’s is useless

I ordered four chairs and a table with a heater a complete set. I was sent a text message that it’s delayed then a second text message that the chairs are out of stock. I call customer service. They can’t tell me if the chairs will be back in stock customer service was no help, I went to the store and they had four chairs on display through the manager. Ed and Dan help me out. Got me the chairs and I was very satisfied with the help I got from the store not the online purchase meanwhile they tel...

Fantastic set of high-back patio chairs

The four-piece set of Allen + Roth SEDGEBROOK patio chairs is absolutely wonderful for any backyard setting. The instructions are super easy to read, and everything you need to complete this project is included. The high-back chairs are well-made and functional. The made-to-last steel frame is powder-coated and UV-protected. The wicker is also made of PE plastic with UV protection. Each stool swivels 360° and has a durable foot rest with plastic protectors. The stools have a fastener design to k...

Great chair set !

Chairs come completely unassembled ,very easy to put together though ,had a small issue lining up the bolts on the foot ring but got it together. Chair width is a little tight on the hips for me , construction is great seems like it would last a long time ,pad inserts are removable for cleaning and to keep out of the weather . Seats are soft and supportive , chairs are great with the fire table.
