I purchased this and it was delivered to my house as promised on time. After inspecting the box and finding no damages, I set it aside for a week until time for installation. Heavy, poor quality and visible marble defects
My husband installed this beast. Make sure you have help. It's very heavy. Cabinets are flimsy and countertop had numerous visible defects. Lowes provided a replacement, which also had visible imperfections. It was so difficult to get the replacement countertop that we eventually just gave up because it was such a difficult process. The "how can we help?" motto does not apply here. You get a bot or an endless circus of call routing with no one on the other end of the line.

Very poor product and even worse customer support
I purchased this vanity 18 months ago. About a month ago while ordinary usage of the sink, my shaving razor fell in the sink and the sink actually cracked. Great Craftsmanship
This vanity not only looks beautiful, but also the craftsmanship is perfect. I had originally purchased a Project Source vanity and was highly disappointed. Damaged unit
I ordered the vanity online. After waiting for a long time for it to arrive it came in damaged. Customer service was called they offered a 10% discount if I kept it, or the other choice was to return it to the store. First of all I bought it online so that I could have it delivered to my house. Hinge Broke After 10 Months
After 10 Months of light use in a spare bathroom, the hinge on the cabinet door broke. The soft close mechanism failed causing the cabinet door to stay open about 3 inches. After multiple painful phone calls with allan roth they informed me that even though my vanity was still under warranty the hinge was no longer available and my only option was to return the vanity. The over all construction of the vanity is good. Customer service is terrible.
