Great vanity for a fair price
We looked at many different vanities and found that the A&R Rowland provided the best quality and value for our needs and price range. The vanity itself is well constructed using real wood, only particle board on back and interior floor area. The marble top is beautiful. The Raven color comes only with the silver hardware. The display model had gold hardware and actually came with both gold and silver hardware. I bought a can of spray paint and painted the hardware gold. It came out nice. ...

My wife and I bought two of these from Lowes: A 24 inch Roveland and a 30 inch Roveland vanity. They were delivered and were in excellent condition. They were easy to install. We love the product.

The drawers are only half not full drawers
Well, I’m frustrated with this product. I should’ve looked at the all reviews before I bought these vanities. When I try to cancel the order within 24 hours, one of the store supervisors at Lowe’s convinced me that there may not be any issues. I should’ve trusted my instinct. To make matters worse, Estes delivery company dropped the vanity off when I wasn’t home , and two vanities are already chipped. Broken and not replaced or refunded
The actual piece is great as we bought 4 of them. However one was delivered and the box was trashed. Upon inspection it had been opened as some packing materials were missing. The marble top was shattered. It was refused, but when we inquire, no one can help. So now, we are down 1 vanity and out almost $1000.

Arrived damaged
Very disappointed with the product. Not sure if it was due to packaging or not, but there was a noticeable gash in the front of the vanity. Not something you could hide. The other disappointment is the time for exchange will take way longer than it should be!! Also, the hardware in the Lowe’s photo looks like it’s brushed gold, but what arrived was brushed nickel.

Beautiful piece
This is a nice looking heavy duty piece that comes pre-assembled. My counter top and backsplash do match and is perfect with little grey veining in it. It comes with the gold handles already on it and a set of silver handles in a box. I like the fact that it has a lower back opening and a reenforced bottom opening if needed for the plumbing. Inspect carefully!
This came drop shipped to my house. It took 3 people to bring inside. Then opened it to find the marble cracked and breaks along the back as well as broken drawers. It looked like it was attempted to be fixed and packaged right back up to be sent out. It should be inspected before sending out. Delaying my bathroom project.

Nice style but think work needs done.
Like the style and color. Finish is a little rough in areas where more sanding should have been done, lower areas mostly. Gold handles and knobs were installed, brushed nickel were included, however I had to re-drill holes to get the screws to align with the nickel handles. Don’t know why…
