We picked these due to many positive reviews. The chairs look good and are comfortable, but like others have noted there was an assembly issue. I am a very experienced DYI person and have lots of tools. Beautiful, Sturdy Furniture

While it was not too difficult to put together the instructions on these chairs could have used some detail, the pictures were not very helpful. After thinking for a bit I was able to figure it out. Decent Chairs, Poor Quality Control

The first box that I got home and opened were missing both swivel bases and the chair cushions. After having to repackage and return to Lowes and explain it was missing those parts I ended up with a second box. The second box had all of the required pieces and parts, but quality control was very poor. Great chair but missing parts

I love the chairs, they are sturdy and the cushions are thick. The issue was there was no hardware and one of the glider arms were missing from the box. After several phone calls and two trips back to Lowes to get the missing items I finally got the chairs together. The number on the order receipt to call if there was an issue was no help at all but the person working in my Lowes store was great. Comfy Chair!

Ordering was easy. Delivery was fast! Easy to assemble, less than 10 min. Cushions are comfy and waterproof - it rained a few days later, water beaded on fabric but did not soak through. Two days later it was sunny, the water evaporated, NO stains on fabric, still looked brand new. Love the swivel and glider feature! So relaxing! No noise, just smooth motion all around. Sturdy and very nice quality

We just bought a set of these chairs and they are great! I love to swivel and rock and these chairs do both. We had also ordered the two person loveseat but found out it was backordered. That was great because we wanted additional chairs anyway after we set up the first two and loved them so much. The pillows are overstuffed and soft and firm at the same time. Cushions burned and melted on our deck.

We purchased these chairs and the matching love seat. Two months after purchase, between the months of April and May in Indiana (approx 60 degree weather) the cushions have all started melting and burning on our deck. Lowes replaced the first cushion, we thought it was just a defect. However 4 other cushions all were starting to melt and burn. Lowes is giving us a full refund, but wanted others to be aware and cautious when purchasing for outdoor use.

So comfortable

We purchased these chairs last week with the loveseat and the matching table. The set looks really classy and is very comfortable.
