Terrible experience, no one works a 5 pm, all stan

This was my worst experience at Lowes. Facet great book. Area empty of choices. No assistants anywhere to find. Upfront 4 employees complaining about who got head cashier. NONE moved to help me! I Then waited 10 monitez for person they called. All available facets up on storage area. Ladder needed, more waiting AND he only got.ine down. NO EFFORT to fill all the empty areas or at least move another one of my choice to customer area. Will not go back...

Easy install, sleek look and nice drain design

I replaced the old 2-handle faucet in the hall bath at my rental house that was leaking. This Harlow faucet is very easy to install and includes a new drain assembly that has a spring loaded stopper. Since I had an old 3 hole drilled counter I had to use the plate to cover the two unused holes. About 3 months after the first replacement, the master bath faucet started to leak. Very nice sink faucet

The faucet is very solidly built. Installation was very easy as well. The water spout does not turn so it hits our sink stop right in the middle and splashes. Might want to check your distance to the drain so it doesn't hit right on top of the plug.

Over the years we have replaced many faucet sets. This one by far was the easiest and most well engineered and user DYI friendly one ever. The most difficult part was removing the existing faucet. Once that is out of the way, most of the install is done from above or looking straight into the vanity base. No lying on your back straining to tighten or install the pieces.
