Okay hardware, color doesn't match other A&R stuff

Just recently refreshed my bathroom with gold lights, sink/drain, and this kit. I bought my lights elsewhere and they're definitively gold looking. I got the Allen & Roth sink faucet and drian because they matched the gold lights we purchased very well. I went back to lowes and decided to buy this set since I figured it was the easiest way to ensure a match. Set screw issues

As others have mentioned engaging the set screws to mount the hangers to the brackets is near impossible. They are very tight, angled into the wall, the allen bends and the screws strip very easily. Luckily I was able to find a hex screwdriver that fit that allowed me to (finally) get the set screw tight, which ended up screwing much further than I expected. No idea how you could install with the included wrench. Also, instructions on the back of box are incorrect - it says 3/16" drill bit, but...

Terrible hardware, poor instructions. Do not buy!

I should've read the reviews before purchasing this item, but I figured how difficult could towel racks and toilet paper holders be? The hardware was absolutely abysmal and I've seen some poor instructions before, but these were by far the worst. And I'm not sure who's idea it was to use the tiniest allen wrench possible to tighten an even tinier screw against a wall, but I thought I was going blind trying to get it in. Poor hardware, avoid at all cost

First, there is nothing "bronze" about this set. This is very clearly antique brass. Second, the installation hardware is garbage. The screws that secure the plate to the wall have heads that are too large. As a result, the lower screw runs into the small notch at the bottom of the plate and cannot be fully tightened without making the plate crooked. Poor Mounting for Toilet Paper Holder

Despite following the mounting instructions and redoing a second time just to be sure, the toilet paper holder does not mount well. When placing the front circular component over the bracket, the set screw only tightens up the bottom but there is no ledge or ridge to help secure the upper part of the circular cover so everything essentially wobbles despite the hardware all being tight. Brushed bronze finishes don’t match

The Allen & Roth brushed bronze finish on the Latitude hardware set does not remotely match the Allen & Roth brushed bronze finish on the Harlow faucet. The faucet has a coppery undertone while the hardware has a greenish tint. I can’t speak for installation or performance because I returned the hardware set.

Very poor hardware - refund please

The small screws in the hardware are so difficult to tighten that the Allen wrench (provided in the box) stripped them. Now they screws are stuck in the hardware and I have no way of tightening the hardware to my wall. I am disappointed that my money was spent on this, and would like a refund to buy a product of better quality.

Great Color, Finish, Weight, and Durability

I love the matte black finish, and it’s almost like a satin. Easy to clean, light weight materials that make installing solo easier, and the durability is there. I love the set, and I’d recommend for any DIYer looking to achieve a new, exquisite upgrade in their bathrooms.

Seemingly Missing Parts

This product seemed good for the price, but it actually did not come with enough screws and drywall anchors to secure all three items. Securing with only one screw both the toilet holder and Hand towel rail moved. Adding my own screw and drywall anchor somewhat fixed the issue.
