Purchased the table and 8 chairs. Chairs arrived first and the table a few days later, not a problem. I have never been more impressed with the packaging. The parts were secured with a plastic and thin metal bracing to keep everything safe from damage. Poor Quality Control
I love the size and finish of the table. Things I don't like is the fact the holes are not made to align properly making it more difficult and longer to put together. My table also has several places where the finish/coating is chipped away. Quality control does not seem to be strong with this particular brand.

Mixed review -like the table wish it were better.
First our package arrived intact, which is a big step up from the other reviewer. Assembly wasn't bad pretty easy to get together, need two people to flip it into place. Negative is that the quality control didn't catch the paint that isn't consistent. As expensive as the table is and it comes with a cover which is nice you would think that they would make sure the product meets standards.

Table looks very nice and is sturdy. Setting up took me about thirty minutes. The directions could be a little better. Some of the holes did not line up which caused a slight delay in putting it together. Overall I am happy with this purchase. Would rate 9/10.

no information on converting to natural gas. lowes does not support and pass along to manufacturer who are basically useless. they sell a natural gas conversion kit but will not provide any information on the steps required. simple question what size orifice and were does it it get replaced
