Every single peace of furniture came damaged

This is my first patio set I have ever ordered. I was excited waiting a week for it to come in, tracking its every move along the way. Just to have it delivered to my home damaged. The bench had a slight dent in the metal and a scratch to match it on the other end. I could of worked with that even though I paid good money and would expect it to be perfect coming out of the box.. but then I opened the table box to find the table with a LARGE dent. Beautiful but DON't DO IT!

We saw this whole set at Lowes only to find out it was out of stock. We waited for this set to come in-stock for SOOOO long. As the pieces came back in-stock we ordered them. I read the reviews one the other pieces and thought maybe those people just had "bad luck." I was WRONG! Every piece that has arrived so far as been damaged. As for the bench, the top is scratched, warped and the screw holes don't align. I ordered 6 chairs and EVERY SINGLE chair had damage too. I am currently o...

Ordered 2. Both boxes arrived damaged, but fortunately they were packaged well and thus the benches were undamaged. One bench was flawless. The second bench had 2 misaligned screw holes which caused big assembly problems. Eventually I had to end up having part bent sufficiently to secure the parts together which was time consuming and I'm sure it will shorten the longevity as the metal will be exposed to oxidation. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Absolutely love it. Came perfect. Easy to build. Not sure why people keep getting damaged ones, nothing in the complete set for us had any issues. Family loves this whole set.
