Good product bad delivery experience.

I love the product - the process of ordering and getting it delivered was excruciating. We spent an hour and a half at the store pointing to the boxes on the shelves only to be finally told we had to order on line when an employee who actually understood the inventory report on the computer (4 others had not). Don’t rely on Lowe’s to deliver on time

Don’t know anything good or bad about the product itself. But Lowe’s failed. When I ordered, the website promised delivery on the 25th. That worked cuz the table was needed for a party on the 28th. The next week the table finally shipped and I received a message that it would arrive on the 30th - too late to use for the party. Had to go find and buy a different table. Unfortunately no touch-up paint available

We were excited to pick up our new patio chairs yesterday. Brought them home, opened the box and put the first one together to make sure my wife was happy with it before assembling the other chair. Chair seem to be well built and the color (Black/Gray) goes well with our other furniture. Excellent product and design.

This product is sturdy and very well made. In addition to the 4 side chairs, I purchased the whole set (table and 2 swivel/rocker end chairs). I'm extremely happy with the look and the quality of this dining set.

Frame color not as described.

They are not black! The cushions were correctly described as grey, but the frames are more of a charcoal/graphite. They're comfortable enough, so we will keep them, but we may try spray painting the frames black to make them match our table better.

Quality, Aluminum Outdoor Dining Chairs

As with their swivel counter parts, I am very impressed with these aluminum dining chairs! They were packaged nicely and had no damage from delivery. There were no needed tools or parts, all that had to be done was attach the cushions to each chair after separating them from each other. The chairs are very comfortable with the cushion being sturdy. The actual seat portion of these chairs, along with the arm rests, seem to be on the larger size. Table paint buckling in 4 months

Love this set, but the paint finish on the top of the table is horrible. The paint started to buckle in just 4 months. It was purchased in March 2024 from Lowes. By July it started to buckle in several places. By November, there are numerous places. Lowes Customer Service says the warranty was over in just 3 months. They could not provide any phone contact for the manufacturer. Do not buy unless you want to replace your table every year.

Premium Swivel Outdoor Dining Chairs

Very impressed with these swivel chairs! They were packaged nicely with clear instructions to put together. The needed tool(s) and screws were thoughtfully laid out together in an easy to use sheet. Once built, the chair itself is very comfortable, and has a slightly rocking capability. Cushion is sturdy but comfortable.
