Great Vanity and no broken countertop

So I was a bit worried seeing all these reviews that the vanity was packaged bad and that the countertop stone came cracked or even the sink came cracked. So far, the delivery was good. They brought it up to my second floor condo and even let me inspect before accepting it. But it came packaged very tight and with lots of cardboard to support the whole vanity and stone top. Nice Vanity

Mixed feelings about this cabinet, but most of them are positive. The piece, despite feeling plastic-like, seems very sturdy and unlikely to chip. We shipped to store and it arrived without issue. It’s very visually appealing and definitely gives the impression that it’s wood. The white top is nice, but previous experience with a 5 year old shows that there’s a chance it will stain. Overall, I’d recommend though.

Delivery Issues and Return Issues

The stone top arrived cracked and when I was trying to return it, I was told that I would have to return it to the store. This was frustrating because we are not equipped to transfer such a large item which is why we had it delivered. The item was placed upside down by the delivery guy which is probably why the stone was cracked. Bad customer service. Bought online. Multiple charges on card. Tried to cancel order before delivery and called custmoner service. They cant fo anything . Hanged up on me .

Awful experience

Ordered to be delivered to my house and once opened I noticed the top was chipped. I then contacted customer service and after 5-6 transfers I was told I had to get it returned then once I get my refund I could reorder, so that is what I did. Left mount sink

I like this vanity for the space I'll have on the right hand side. Lots of room for makeup, hair products etc. No more trying to balance items around the sink. (Also keeps electric cords a bit farther from water). Looks stylish and installing in bathroom remodel.

I had the worst experience with customer service with this Item. The sink arrived cracked. In order to get a replacement top they had me submit a claim for warranty all just to tell me a few days later they don’t replace parts and we would have to take the item to the store to get it replaced. First it was said to be delivered on 10/21 but we found out from the commercial carrier (Estes) that Lowes always says that but it is the date it will arrive at the shipping hub. I loved the look of this vanity from the moment I saw it! The light oak color, the drop down drawers, the detail on the front and especially the price! Looks cheap and fake

The vanity is not what I expected and I am disappointed in the look. Although it is made of 100% wood as advertised the project looks cheap and actually looks like it is plastic.
