Do not buy!

Delivered on 7/27/18 STILL has not done a single load of laundry. Took 2 weeks to schedule the repair. I had to take off work just to sit there? Then to be told they had to order parts. After another 2 weeks I called to follow up. Parts were on back order with no ETA. Called again nothing.... Received a return call from repair service parts not available until 11/19/2018! Spent at least 3 hours on the phone trying to return or at least exchange. No to both requests!!! BECAUSE it has to be repair...

Fast wash time

A well built solid machine .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washes quickly,spins fast.Clothes come out almost dry .Done some heavy thro rugs,came out CLEAN.Wife loves the simplicity of the control panel It does not shake when in spin cycle.We are pleased with our purchase.

Just over a month and broken

Over $2000 in reapirs

I have spent over $2000.00 in repairs in the first two years of ownership. I am now in the third year and am asked to replace two circuit boards plus labor which puts it over $800. I will be replacing this unit. This unit is not truly commercial grade.

Great washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found that this washer does a wonderful job cleaning the clothes, all while using much less water than my old top loader. It has convenient controls on the front access panel. This was a plus for me being a wheelchair user, since it is very difficult to reach to the top back panel of a top loader washer were most controls are located. I found this washer to be very quiet compared to my old top loader.

One year is too soon for any breakdown

Purchased in Sept. 2018 and in the last few weeks (Nov. 2019) several tenants complained the wash cycle gets stuck on "1 minute remaining." It doesn't happen all the time but imagine not being able to open the locked washer door to remove clothes until it completes its last minute many minutes later than expected.
