This frig has always run with no issues after purchasing June 2020 from Lowes. However, it's good to know the things you'll be stuck living with before buying. At the time this was the only stainless frig Lowes had in stock and we had an emergency situation with our old frig, so left us little choice to obtain quickly. PROS: Fingerprint resistant finish really is a helpful feature. The glass shelves are also a definite plus. CONS: The water and ice in the door is a HUGE mess constantly....
Less 3 years and already been repaired twice
This fridge has had the evaporator fan freeze up and burn the bearing out twice. It obviously not self defrosting because the ice build up on the fan is the cause of it. The temperature is hard to keep regulated. I got the extended warranty so luckily I not paying for the repairs but this is the worst refrigerator ever. Never again will I buy a Whirlpool.

Dubious delivery
It pains me to give Lowe's such a low review considering that my husband is a contractor and a loyal Lowe's consumer for over a decade, however this has been one of the worst experiences we have had with Lowe's. Good value and excellent service and delivery time
Replaced a 20-year-old Matag with this new Whirlpool which is approximately the same model but has some minor upgrade and cosmetic changes. Nothing special to boast about just a general service refrigerator.

I am very disapointed with this new version of the traditional refrigerator. I had 20 years the older version and never a problem. The new one is very loud, the motor is running 20 hours of 24. How long can this go without getting a problem? Whirlpool hazards with its good name. Knowing how bad is this product I would buy by another brand. NO RECOMANDATION TO BUY THIS.
