Water leaks everywhere all the time. I have to keep a napkin on the tray to stop it from dropping down the fridge door and until wood floors. If ice gets hung - drips and pours over tray and down the door it goes. Water dispenser also drips all day long. Front door is stained due to the constant moisture. Haven't even had it a year.

Shelving positions are very limited
I bought this fridge after our 2005 Kitchenaid died that served us well for 21 years. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is good but the most annoying features are the ice-maker and external dispenser. The external ice maker ALWAYS throws pieces of ice to the floor no matter how close you get the cup. At the same time, if you do not angle your cup just right, you will mistakenly hit the water dispenser. I think the design flaw was in trying to combine the two. Overall, it cools and freezes well and has more space than my last.

exactly 29 days after delivery the refrigerator started making a noise as loud as a running industrial compressor that was filling up car tires every time it ran. Lowes said they only replace after 48 hours and now it has to be repaired. So I traded a 5 year old nice refrigerator that was always needing repairs for a not as nice one that also doesn't work right. No one in the house can sleep because it is so loud. The neighbors can probably hear it.

Disaster of a design
Whoever designed this should be fired and everyone that approved the design for production should be as well. You can almost never just get ice without hitting the water dispenser because they are inches away from each other. Ice almost always gets stuck in the dispenser and you have no idea that it’s in there. So, it melts and leaks water on the ground or you open the door and sling water everywhere. DO NOT BUY!
