I bought this refrigerator March 27th and today it's May 16th of the 2026 it's been 14 months when I buy this refrigerator and all the sudden it just stopped working I didn't buy the warranty but again I inspect for this frustrated to go bad so soon I change so many parts to it and then work so for me I will never recommend this to no one to buy Whirlpool refrigerators because they are bad product I am really disappointed because I spend $2,000 on this thing and all the sudden they went straight...

Terrible Refrigerator

I purchased this refrigerator from Lowe's in May of 2023. We were very pleased with the features, size, looks, etc. Fast forward to December of 2024. First service call after a failed evaporator fan. Bought it in Dec. 22, 2023 and as of May 22, 2026 it has quit working. Repair man said better off buying a new one than replacing compressor.

Unreliable Refrigerator

I have owned this refrigerator for under one year, and the freezer has already suffered a total system failure. Shelf "bumps" prevent side by side insertion!

We had the same refrigerator in an older model and we really liked it. But it died last weekend. We purchased the same refrigerator but obviously a current model. We really like the fact of the ice maker is in the door thus not taking up the shelf space in the main body of the refrigerator. Four Year Compressor Failure

Bought this refrigerator in 2022 for well over $2,000.00. Less than four years later the compressor is done. Repairman said it will cost close to that for parts and labor to fix it. Very disappointed in this purchase and product. My $75 used 100 year old beer fridge still works with no issues but my $2,600 4 year old family fridge is dead - just like my faith in Whirlpool refrigerators. Buyer beware!! :o(

Mixed emotions

We've had this fridge for almost a year. I don't love it, but I don't hate it either. If I had to replace it today, I would not buy it again. It keeps the food cold/frozen as it's supposed to, so no complaints there. We really don't need 2 ice makers, but that's no fault of the fridge, we knew it had 2 when we bought it, but I would rather the space of either one used for something else. My biggest complaint is the platter pocket. Completely useless. ...
