Our 2023 Whirlpool French Door Refrigerator has been a big disappointment. After only 5 months the seals on the door were cracking and needed to be replaced. Avoid this model or similar ones available. We purchased this appliance in June, 2024. We are into our fourth service call to repair the ice maker. The first was within three months of the initial purchase date. BTW the icemaker is not a Whirlpool product, it is made by another company and installed by Whirlpool. Very Expensive Lukewarm Water Dispenser
We bought this refrigerator first part of July 2022 and it was delivered a week later. Lowes delivery men scratched the right fridge door handle and added a dent to the side near the floor. The only good thing I can say about this refrigerator is the top is an excellent place to put bags of chips. Poor engineering
This product has 2 slide out lower drawers. There is a center rail that supports the drawers. Unfortunately, the engineering of this rail was not thoroughly tested to absorb everyday use. This part has already broken 5 times. It is also very difficult to reach anyone to either discuss this issue or to order a replacement part. Additionally, other components are flimsy. Would not recommend.

Love my new Whirpool Fridge!

The space and options to adjust the shelving so everything fits and is easy to see and get to. The only issue is the water filter is not easy to replace. Even the fridge guy struggled to get it properly in place. I am very happy with the look, capacity and features of this fridge.
