Our 11 year old Whirlpool refrigerator decided it was done. We like Whirlpool appliances as they are made in America so we went to Lowe's to see their selection. Thankfully, Lowe's had a sale and several models to choose from. We previously owned a 4 "door" (french doors fridge w/"deli" drawer, and freezer drawer) but decided to go with a 3 "door". Worked great for one year, then quit

Always buy that extended warranty, folks! We purchased this refrigerator on 6/29/25. The ice maker, freezer, and refrigeration stopped working on 7/7/26, only reaching temps to 60 degrees. Glad we quickly noticed because it could have been disastrous had we not moved our items to another refrigerator and freezers. Waiting on a follow up call from Lowe’s regarding our repair claim.

Serious flaws

We bought this refrigerator less than a year ago, it was delivered & installed on 7/4/25. Delivery & installation went fine, though all of the shipping plastic cover was impossible to remove completely. There are still little pieces in edges & crevices. We began using the fridge & were pretty happy with its efficiency, space an overall look. We discovered that you cannot open the bottom drawer without opening both doors. Trying to fill anything with water is challenging due to the placement...

Worse Purchase Ever

Day 1, everything in the refrigerator is frozen. Call Whirlpool and they are more interested is selling me a monthly maintenance subscription. After a few choice words, a week later a tech comes out. The dampener is stuck open. Two more weeks waiting on parts and the freezing issue is fixed. Now we have no ice maker or water dispenser. I want to go dump it off in the Lowe’s parking lot.

Almost great

It cranks out very nice little ice cubes at a decent rate and the dispenser works really well. Ice Maker stopped working

Not even a year old and ice maker is not working. I have spent over 2 hours on the phone with Whirpool and no one is helping me.

website lies about sliding glass shelves

Having had sliding glass shelves in my prior refrigerator they were an item I was looking for in a new one. The website clearly shows this fridge as having sliding glass shelves in frame 6 of the product photos so I ordered it. It DID NOT come with sliding glass shelves.This feature was a blatant lie in the website info. Do not believe what you see from whirlpool in the product photos.

Nice quiet running fridge

This fridge has plenty of room and deep door pocket shelves. The top shelf is difficult to grab items if the item gets pushed back to far.

Terrible customer service

I did not check all the drawers when it was delivered and did not discover that the top freezer drawer was jammed and would not pull out. When I called, I was told it was too late for Lowe’s to address the issue and that I had to call whirlpool. They are sending a technician but not for 3 weeks.

Nice In Store - Frustrating In Real Life

Cannot fit common items like juice bottles without sacrificing an entire shelving level. Doors to not open easily when full and you must hold both open to access deli drawer.
